Amber Heard returned to stand today for 3rd day of testimony in a multi-million defamation suit filed by ex-husband Johnny Depp.

Depp is suing Heard in Fairfax County Circuit Court, Virginia, for $50 million in defamation over an op-ed she wrote for The Washington Post in 2018. Though there was no mention of her ex-husband in the article, Depp claimed that he had to suffer in his acting career because of it.

Depp has already testified in front of the judges and denied the allegation that he hit Heard during the time they stayed together.

Heard was questioned on how she felt after going back to the house where she was allegedly assaulted by her ex-husband. She claimed that the home is not usually the problem in domestic violence cases, it’s the person involved in it.

“Johnny was my home, where we were a couple was my home, and that home was often really violent, but it wasn't the structure itself, it was Johnny,” Heard said.
