Rep. Robert Garcia on Wednesday showed an Elon Musk “dick pic” at the House Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) subcommittee hearing in order to criticize Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene for showing an explicit image of Hunter Biden at a hearing two years earlier.
“I find it ironic, of course, that our chairwoman, Congresswoman Green, is in charge of running this committee. Now, in the last Congress, Chairwoman Greene literally showed a dick pic in our Oversight congressional hearing, so I thought I’d bring one as well,” Garcia, a Democrat from California, said before he displayed a poster that showed an image of a smiling Musk, the head of the Trump administration’s DOGE committee.
“This, of course, we know, is President Elon Musk,” Garcia continued. “He’s also the world's richest man; he was the biggest political donor in the last election; he has billions of dollars in conflicts of interest; and we know that he is leading a power grab — also abided by and encouraged by Donald Trump and, of course, the chairwoman, Congresswoman Green.”
Greene at a July 2023 House Oversight Committee hearing displayed a poster that showed a nude Biden having sex with a woman, only blacking out the woman’s face and Biden’s genitals. Greene said Biden had sex with a prostitute and filmed it, and claimed it was evidence he was paid for the sexual acts and then listed those payments as tax writeoffs. The hearing was focused on allegations that the Justice Department mishandled a tax investigation involving Biden. Biden’s attorney filed a complaint with the Office of Congressional Ethics for Greene’s actions.
