Senator Rick Scott (R-FL) criticized President Joe Biden for high inflation while he disregarded the historically low unemployment rate in the country.

He claimed that the primary thing that needs to be done is to get people back to work.

“So think about when you have work. You don't have to rely on the federal government for food stamps. You don't have to rely on the federal government for your healthcare. You don't have to rely on the federal government for anything. You're independent,” Scott said.

He argued that when people have employment, they pay payroll taxes, and sales tax, and property tax based on the things they buy. They do not have to worry about what type of government programs they were entitled to.

The Chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee has gone after the President recently. He claimed that the president was “incapacitated and incoherent” when he called him a senator from Wisconsin and not Florida while attacking his tax plan.

Earlier, Biden criticized Scott’s tax plan of making the small business owners pay more and opposing the big business paying their fair share.
