Rep. Robert Garcia (D-CA) used his time at the House Oversight Committee’s hearing on whether to hold Hunter Biden in contempt of Congress on Wednesday to call out Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) for complaining when the president’s son left as soon as she was recognized by the panel’s chair.
Biden, who sat in the audience at the beginning of the hearing, got up to leave when Greene was about to begin speaking.
“Excuse me, Hunter, apparently you’re afraid of my words,” Greene said as Biden, swarmed by cameras, was leaving the room.
When Garcia was recognized, he criticized Greene for acting upset about Biden leaving, reminding her that she once showed Biden’s “dick pics” in a public hearing.
“I think it's really interesting to hear the gentlelady from Georgia speak about Hunter Biden leaving, and she is the person that showed nude photos of Hunter Biden in this very committee room,” Garcia said.
“I think it's really ironic, hypocritical, quite shameful,” he added.
