Megan Thee Stallion gives first interview on Tory Lanez’s alleged shooting: "I didn't even want to move."

Megan Thee Stallion said that she was scared and did not want to move while talking about Tory Lanez’s alleged shooting episode in Hollywood in 2020.

While speaking to CBS’ Gayle King, the rapper walked her through the incident involving Tory Lanez, born Daystar Peterson, her fellow hip-hop artist. The chart-topper, born Megan Pete, rose to fame with her freestyling videos on social media.

Pete said that an argument broke out in the car when she wanted to leave a party while others wanted to stay back. She said that the argument was like the one that usually happens among friends and she never thought that it would escalate to that level.

As Pete got out of the car, Peterson started shooting while calling her names and asking her to dance.

“And I didn't even want to move. I don't want to move too quickly because I'm like, oh my God, if I take the wrong step, I don't know if he could shoot me and kill me,” she said with tears in her eyes.

Pete claimed to have suffered gunshot wounds from that incident.
