House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s No Good, Very Bad Day | Recount Live
A New York Times report this week caught House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy in a lie over former President Trump and January 6th. In response to a NYT report, McCarthy earlier this week denied ever calling for Trump to resign after the Capitol insurrection. But, last night the NYT posted an audio clip that backed up its reporting. An additional recording has been released in which McCarthy said he "had it” with Trump after the attack on the Capitol.
