Of course we had after the George George Floyd protest, we created a law enforcement advancement task force that had everyone from police to activists that were on this task force. That made some very specific recommendations in terming and looking at enhanced training and what we can do more. And so there has been some some adjustments and increased training as a result of the recommendations of that task force and they're implemented at talita. They actually increase the number of training hours and so that's in place. Now, the challenge is that you can train, you can train, you can train but you know, officers have to be able to follow that training and put it into practice and Jr. Did you want to comment or you're familiar enough with that? Did you everything else to add there? JR's in charge of that training now. The governor's exactly, right. We've got 24 hours of mandatory training, mandatory duty to intervene, but we can do all the craning, but is less our officers followed that crane, then it's just it's all for naught.
