Reality TV star Kim Kardashian on Thursday appeared at a White House roundtable with Vice President Kamala Harris and thanked the Biden administration for its clemency efforts.

“I’m so honored to be here to continue this fight, to learn more. Every day, every visit, every administration — I’m just here to help,” she said before the roundtable began.

Harris’ roundtable included four of the 16 people who President Joe Biden granted clemency to earlier in the week. All of them had been convicted on nonviolent drug charges, according to the White House.

Harris was also expected to announce a rule to remove restrictions on loan eligibility for people with criminal records.

Kardashian hasn’t disclosed who she voted for in the 2020 presidential election, but she was a major voice advocating for former President Donald Trump’s criminal justice reform bill, and had pushed him in 2018 to commute the sentence of Alice Johnson, a 63-year-old woman who was serving a life sentence without parole for a nonviolent drug offense.
