“The View” co-host and former Trump comms director Alyssa Farah Griffin says she's been trying to book Mike Pence.

On a hot-mic moment off air, “The View” co-host and former Trump communications director and assistant, Alyssa Farah Griffin, says she's been trying to book Mike Pence to come on “The View”. Griffin is the conservative host of the five women who host The View and she was brought on as a host this past summer. Her permanent position on The View caused a lot of backlash as she only came out and critiqued President Trump after the January 6th insurrection. She is one of the primary conservative voices in daytime TV.

GRIFFIN: “Any Republicans I can?

BEHAR: “Any politician?

GRIFFIN: “I keep texting Marc Short about Mike Pence but no dice.”

BEHAR: “Mike Pence, he might come.”

GRIFFIN: “His book is coming out. I think he will.”

BEHAR: “We haven't been that nasty against him.”

GRIFFIN: “No, I think he will. He wants to sell his book. I think, Sunny they’re afraid of. They're afraid of you, too.”
