NH GOP Senate nominee Don Bolduc holds up a shield implanted with arrows while delivering his primary victory speech. Don Bolduc has built a campaign around election denial, promoting the false claim that Donald Trump actually won the 2020 election. He is running on an extreme right platform by also calling for the FBI to be abolished and for a repeal of the 17th amendment. The 17th amendment allows voters to directly elect their Senators. Bolduc is up against incumbent Democrat Maggie Hassan. Don Bolduc winning the seat is a blow to established Republican leaders as they believe he will have an extremely hard time in defeating Sen. Maggie Hassan. Bolduc is another example of MAGA Republicans running for office and winning their primaries.
