E. Jean Carroll says she plans to “do good” with the money a jury awarded her in her defamation case against Trump.

E. Jean Carroll, the writer to whom a jury awarded $83.3 million in additional damages last week as part of a defamation trial against Donald Trump, teased her plans to “do good” with the money.

“It's inspiring,” Carroll told CNN. “We talked about it a lot. We're gonna do good with that money.”

Carroll, who was asked if she specifically plans to use the money to oppose Trump, said her team was working on ideas but hinted at giving money to reproductive rights causes.

“Donald Trump hates women,” Carroll said. “Remember the New York Magazine, the famous quote when they said, ‘Don, what do you think of women?’ He said, ‘Women, they're not worth a piece of crap.’”

“I think one of the things we could do — seeing as how he's very instrumental in taking away women's rights over their bodies across the United States — maybe we can think about how we can restore women their rights,” Carroll continued. “Use a little money for that.”

Carroll also joked that Mary Trump, Trump’s niece, suggested they turn Trump Tower into an “animal sanctuary.”
