Donald Trump on Thursday morning again criticized Jewish people who vote for Joe Biden.

“If any Jewish person voted for Joe Biden, they should be ashamed of themselves,” Trump said before he entered a Manhattan courtroom for the latest day of his hush money criminal trial.

"What Biden is doing with respect to Israel is disgraceful,” he said. “He's totally abandoned Israel, and nobody can believe it. I guess he feels good about it because he did it as a political decision; you have to do the right decision, not the political decision.”

This is the second time in as many months that Trump has made such comments. Last month, he said “Any Jewish person that votes for Biden does not love Israel and, frankly, should be spoken to,” and said “Jewish people, by habit, they vote for the Democrat, and Black people by habit vote for the Democrats.” Some critics have argued the remark is antisemitic.

Trump’s comments come a day after Biden sat down for an interview with CNN’s Erin Burnett in which he said the U.S. would stop sending offensive weapons to Israel if it conducts a major invasion of the Gazan city of Rafah, where about 1.3 million civilians — many who are refugees from other decimated cities — are crammed together. So far, Biden administration officials have said that Israel’s airstrikes on Rafah haven’t crossed the “red line.”

The U.S. also confirmed Tuesday that it paused the shipment of thousands of weapons to Israel last week, including 1,800 2,000-pound bombs and 1,700 500-pound bombs, amid concerns about Rafah. The U.S. is reportedly also reviewing other planned transfers.
